My two sweethearts

These two boys are really silly, really sweet, and really good. They both have the desire to do whats right. Not to mention are soo nice to their mom. I hear daily from either one of them how thankful they are for what I do for them. I hope this lasts:)

Off to a devotional....

okay okay, I am slacking I know!

I have not blogged in a while. I am a slacker. THE Problem is that I have had a couple gallons of paint that needed me to use them. So I have been going to town!! So fun. I wish I had pictures but all the pictures on my computer are lost:(
:( Luckily I had some on another camera that I completely forgot about that had not been downloaded so I can blog with those.)

My coconut spider. I know cheesy!
 But the kids loved it!
I tried and tried to crack this puppy open to eat the delciousness inside but it was WAY to hard. Since we couldn't eat it, it had to be used  for something

Those of you who new Dan in College will understand this..
B is rocking it, yes that's a guitar hero guitar but he doesn't seem to mind.

Some serious jamming was going on at the Sharp home.

D is going to smash his guitar!

The singer/dancer
In all seriousness it sounded pretty good. WE had a bass, acoustic and piano going.

Halloween Night

Actual night of Halloween came and as you can see "B" did not get his creepy makeup on again.
One night in one week was enough.
So we threw together a couple of outfits.
I told "A" he could not trick or treat without a costume..
So he went and got an old blanket, cut some holes and was this silly ghost.

Rocker "B".
You can't see it but he had ear rings, eye make, etc.
This was in front of our neighbors yard. Our street apparently is the place to go on the North Shore.
Over 1000 trick or treater's.
We ran out of candy way before that!
It was a lot of fun! Everyone would just sit out on their driveways to hand out candy.
You didn't even have to waste your time knocking on doors.

After Trick or treating some friends of ours gave us tickets to go to the
Haunted Lagoon

at the Polynesian Cultural Center.

We here the music every night and have been wanting to go.

It was so FUN!!!!!

They first have you walk through a haunted house.
 Let me tell you ,
I have not screamed that much in a long time.

Then we headed to the actual

you sit on a canoe and stroll through the lagoon.
pictured below

Ghosts, clowns, and crazy things pop out of the water at you.

Great way to end the night!
WE are going to go every Halloween night.

Ward Halloween Party

Every year Dan puts makeup on whomever will let him.
"B" was a sport and was very excited to have his on, but only after he saw the final product.
Before that he and "A" were having flash backs of years before being sticky all night long.
"A" swore he would not get any on, but once he saw "B's" he was begging to have Dan put some on him, but our ward party started soon.
So "A" went with no makeup or costume.
I guess that's what happens if you don't have a costume 30 mins before a Halloween party.

"B"s Final creepy thing!

 Lil' B's turn.
 Grim Reaper
 T's turn
 I love this picture!
They both wanted to wear the veils over their faces. I thought it looked better with out...
 Hands were done as well.

 Car was vampired.

Me hiding in teeth to hand out candy at the "trunk or treat'.
Dan was waiting behind me to scare kids.
It worked perfectly because it was so dark.

Dan winning the Best Dancer award.
